We are a local DMV registration service. We collect only what we need to process your paperwork and to remind you when your registration is coming due — nothing more. We do not sell your information, and we never will.
What We Collect
Depending on how you reach us, we may collect:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Vehicle details needed for the transaction — year, make, model, plate or VIN
- Your registration expiration date, so we can remind you before it lapses
- Notes about the service you asked for, so whoever helps you next knows where things stand
- Documents you hand us or upload in order to complete a DMV transaction
We collect this when you fill out a form on this website, book an appointment, sign up at our counter, or give it to us in person or over the phone.
How We Use It
- To complete the DMV transaction you asked us to handle
- To contact you about that transaction — a missing document, a status update, or paperwork ready for pickup
- To send registration renewal reminders by email or text, if you have opted in
- To send occasional helpful updates and offers from our shop, if you have opted in
Text Message Reminders
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send registration renewal reminders and occasional shop updates. Message frequency varies — for most customers this is only a few messages per year, around the time your registration is due.
Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
We do not share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. No mobile information is sold to anyone.
Email Preferences & Unsubscribing
Every marketing email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Using it removes you from our mailing list right away — you do not have to contact us or explain why.
Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop us from contacting you about an active transaction you have asked us to handle.
What We Never Do
- We never sell your personal information.
- We never rent, trade, or share your contact details with third parties for their marketing.
- We never share your mobile number or text-message consent with anyone else.
We do use trusted service providers to run our business — for example, to send email or text messages on our behalf, or to host our systems. They may only use your information to provide that service to us.
Retention & Your Rights
We keep customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet recordkeeping requirements that apply to DMV transactions.
You may ask us at any time to tell you what we have on file, to correct it, or to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA. To make a request, call or email us using the details below and we will take care of it.
